This website serves, for the time being, as a memorial for my late mother “Miss Jerri” Camarco, the 1st female civilian to train USMC and other U.S. military entities as mounted police patrol units for the United States Dept. of Defense.
I will be developing this website, which I co-founded with my mother before she passed away, with USMC Horse Marines historic content sourced by her research and personal accounts of hands-on experience as a trainer of mounted military police patrols, related media coverage of the USMC mounted patrols, promotion of expert historians’ materials on the subject of mounted Marines and testimonies of some of the men and women who served as the yesteryear and modern Horse Marines. The content here is for educational purposes only, and in no way is this website monetized. I receive no monies for my content nor the promotion of others’ work posted here.
